a method of refraction in which accommodation is relaxed by overcorrection with a convex spherical lens.

I'd say give HIC, Hach Humpriss, Duochrome or fogging a go. All the same stuff like.... and your auld one has worms....

First of all thanks for replying! Now I think what you said in the following passage is what suits the description my teacher said the best. Fogging is also used to do surveys on general insect populations. You fog a tree, say, with pyrethrum and collect and identify all the insects that fall ...

I've only heard of "fogging" with respect to the application of insecticide. I'm not aware that it is used to apply anesthetics, unless fogging also refers to generally making an aerosol out of a powder. Pyrethrum (powdered ...
