First temporal convolution --> superior temporal gyrus

a longitudinal gyrus on the lateral surface of the temporal lobe between the lateral (sylvian) fissure and the superior temporal sulcus.

Synonym: gyrus temporalis superior, first temporal convolution, superior temporal convolution.
