You don’t need to worry about the UV penetrating all the glass, coating and filters between the objective and the eyepiece. But I did want to mention a problem with some older microscopes that use the big mercury-vapor lamps as a UV source. The housing for these ...

Storage of Blotted nitrocellulose membrane

Hi, normally i store the blotted membrane (i use PVDF) after a wash in TBST, on 4°C wrapped in a transparent membrane. I used some filters also after a year! So for how long u treat the membrane with TBST.
