Fibrocarcinoma --> scirrhous carcinoma

(Science: tumour) a hard carcinoma, fibrous in nature, resulting from a desmoplastic reaction by the stromal tissue to the presence of the neoplastic epithelium.

Synonym: fibrocarcinoma.
