Fatigue

Fatigue

That state, following a period of mental or bodily activity, characterised by a lessened capacity for work and reduced efficiency of accomplishment, usually accompanied by a feeling of weariness, sleepiness, or irritability. Get tired of something or somebody.Temporary loss of strength and energy resulting from hard physical or mental work; he was hospitalized for extreme fatigue; growing fatigue was apparent from the decline in the execution of their athletic skills; weariness overcame her after twelve hours and she fell asleep.Used of materials (especially metals) in a weakened state caused by long stress; metal fatigue.Tired, exhausted.

... out of hospital. Nothing would digest, i was hardly eating and when i did, i would suffer... abdominal pains, bloating, breathing difficulties, fatigue, joint pains. brain fogg to name a few. ... then oxygen we intake by breathing in". Actually lactic acid got alot energy left too so we break it down to use them up. Normally cause fatigue, I dun think it cause muscle soreness. I think muscle soreness is when you went beyond your own body muscle ability especially during training. ...
