Diagnosis for Shakiness/Nervousness?

... as simple as an arguement or a scare will make my heart beat hard and fast and I get even more shaky - yet in my head there is no reason for me ... not diabetes (no symptoms of it) -It's not a heart disease (got an X-ray done, nothing abnormal)
