RT PCR contamination.

... that I have tried that have improved this situation. My supervisor suggest maybe there is contamination of the amplicon I am testing. We use b-actin as a control for a lot of experiments so it is plausible but I find it difficult to believe when in my endpoint PCR I got the negative for that ...

Idea to determine order of assembly of spliceosome

... that you could have false results because of one-case-only binding/non-binding. To explain - imagine you will design probes for intron in gene for actin. Generaly there are five proteins in spliceosome, let's call them S pliceosome P rotein1 - 5, but in actin is not present SP3, but are present ...

BTW, It doesn't co-localize with F-actin and microtubes. It seems look like some kind of vesicles. But these vesicles don't like endosomes, golgi or ER, too.

These action potentials can influence processes such as actin-based cytoplasmic streaming, plant organ movements, wound responses, respiration, photosynthesis and flowering.[2][3][4]" They have an electron ...

Microtubules and Actin in RME

If you were to inhibit microtubules via nocodazole, how would it affect receptor mediated endocytosis. Same scenario with inhibiting actin via cytochalasin-a.
