Results from our forumbody conditionhey... do you know about anatomy position ? when you see yourself in anatomy position, our superior extremity and our inferior extremity are different.. Our thumb in hand is facing outside and our thumb in foot is facing inside.. It's weird, isn't it ?

lateral movement of proteins in lipid bilayer... (think channels for example) but they cannot invert the side that is facing out with the one facing in and reciprocally. Basically because the extremity popinting out are hydrophilic and cannot cross the hydrophobic membrane.
