My anatomy book is a bit confusing...in the margins, it says that the: lateral rectus moves the eye laterally medial rectus moves the eye medially superior rectus elevates the eye and turns it medially inferior rectus depresses eye and turns it medially inferior oblique elevates eye and turns it lat...
