... but it's getting to the point where I just don't care about the side effect. I have tried everything to get rid of my stomach - stomach toning exercises, no carbohydrates, everything. But nothing is working and it's really taking a toll on my mental health. I just want it to go away.

I face the same problems at my workplace. Especially the pipette-tip-glassware-wall problem. It's one of those things that comes with practice and muscle memory, I think.
