Spermatozoa staining... I read that double-staining (trypan blue/congo red + Giemsa) is good to differ dead/alive and also the presence of acrosome. effect of temperature yeast... part... i have to find the volume of carbon dioxide produced. i have a 5mm tubing and 54mm of carbon dioxide (this is how far it has moved the eosin substance in the capillary tubing) is it simply 5x54? as my friend has got the answer into her thousands....? please help! thank u!
