The amount of blood in the ventricle immediately before a cardiac contraction begins; a measurement of cardiac filling between beats, related to diastolic function.

Looking for a low "dead volume" syringe

You know the volume per heart beat and the number of them in 7 minutes. And you want to know how much volume passed the heart in 1 minute. That's simple cross-multiplication (or logic). How did you get to 1.43?
