flakey skin???

... as for help....so hope you dont mind ok? so..ive got a client who has very flakey skin on his handshe currently takes AMISULPRIDE...AND CETRABEN EMOLLIENT FOR THE HANDS... cant remember what he takes AMISULPRIDE !!!! so...any suggestions? hope you can help as youve been really good in the past ...
