Masturbation & Health

Feel tired, sleepy, have a long sleep, lazy for wake up, felt guilty, dyspepsia (uncomfortable stomach), flatus, etc. (vary individually). Why can it happen after I've got orgasm from masturbation??? How we explain it Biogically or Physiologically??? :roll:
