Re: Urine infections... up to their bladders. Having sex can make it easier for germs to get into your urethra. You may be more likely to get an infection if you do not drink enough fluids, you have diabetes, or you are pregnant. Stomach bloating and weight gain... run down to a health store, pick up some GOOD BACTERIAL ENZYMES(LIQUID FORM) Pills don't work for nothing, neither do oils. Just get it so you can drink it. It tastes... like minty puke. But it helps me 95% of the time. I just have to avoid eating cheese and my life will be stable :P

Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... evening after dinner(Ulsen 20mg). Its working really well for me. I cut out all breads, pastas, fried foods, fast foods, and soda's of ANY kind. I drink water regularly and occasionally have the Special K2O protein water mixes to have a differetn type of flavor added to my water. Its been working ...
