(Science: zoology) Any bird of certain genera, as Urinator (formerly Colymbus), or the allied genus Colymbus, or Podiceps, remarkable for their agility in diving. Re: Yeah... of the USA," you might see that it is illegal in Maine to catch a lobster with your bare hands. This is because diving for lobsters allows the diver to select the best lobster, and leave the less desired ones in the water.
