Distal radioulnar joint

The pivot synovial joint between the head of the ulna and the ulnar notch on the radius; an articular disk passes across the distal part of the joint.

Synonym: articulatio radioulnaris distalis, distal radioulnar articulation, inferior radioulnar joint.
