Diazepam

this prescription drug is used as a sedative, muscle relaxant and antianxiety medication. It is also used to treat some muscle spasms. It may cause birth defects and may make epilepsy and depression worse. Side effects include drowsiness, vertigo and impaired coordination, but many other side effects are possible.
