Re: Blood Pressure... About why does it tend to be higher, I'm not too sure but we usually use auscultatory method because it has got two readings (i.e. [systolic/diastolic]). Whereas for palpation, it has only got one reading, which is pretty limited to certain diagnosis. Did this helped out partially?
