My understanding is that only a small portion of pregnant women get this, and that it's more common/pronounced in later pregnancy. ...

The main symptoms are diastasis recti, which is stretching of the linea alba (I think) due to pregnancy; clicking knees when climbing stairs that sound awful but aren't painful ...
