... ovary, a commercial cell line for producing pharmaceutical proteins By the way, I have a question: There are many kind of CHO (eg. CHO K1, CHo dhfr-) available commercially, but they all lack of biosynthetic pathway of proline. Why isn't CHO which can grow in medium no proline used ?
