1. Hereditary Diseases - How to get rid of them?

... womb - the only thing being possible being detection, making things like IVF the way to have contact with the Sperm & Egg before the foetus develops. Is it possible to detect these illnesses/ chance of it happening using this way and then remove them? I look forward to your posts!

targeting the Aids virus

... is actually a disease that attacks and destroy t-helper cells so i dont think you could use a programmed bacteria to attack aids.Aids actually develops inside t-helper cell.
