Chagas Disease questions

... itch. I have noticed a small rash on my wrist and one on my right elbow. I visited my doctor and he couldn't diagnose it. He referred me to a dermatologist and he didn't know. I am going in for bloodwork today. Does this sound like Chagas Disease?
