Denaturing Enzymes

you should do a control to see whether it decomposes faster IN GENERAL if the temperature is higher....and of course how much faster. Secondly, the enzyme has some resilience in temperature tolerance, it won't denature as soon as you go above 37.

Are there bacterias that are just decomposers

you should notice that when you bite the food your saliva,containing ptyalinpartially decomposes the starch making the food softer...as a result much of the work of the bacteria is done by your saliva and hence it is decomposed by them faster than the unbitten food.....you ...
