Decarboxylase

Any enzyme (EC subclass 4.1.1) that removes a molecule of carbon dioxide from a carboxylic group (e.g., from an alpha-amino acid, converting it into an amine).

Help with unkown

... hydrolysis - Lipase + tryptophanase + urea - cysteine desulfurase hydrogen sulfide production. Citrate - phenylalanase - litmus milk - Lysine decarboxylase - I think it's Shigella flexneri, but i would love a second opinion.
