Core loss in TMAs

I am looking for statistics about the procentual core loss in tissue micro arrays. I tried looking in different databases and also on Google, but neither give me results. Someone maybe could help me out? Thanks in advance, William van Doorn

Producing unknown protein

Dear all, We have protein sequence which is unknown, when we checked any databases we see that it is probably new. the aim is how we can make this protein produced via vectors using molecular approaches? What can be experimental design.
