Database of Multicellular and Unicellular organisms

I'm trying to annotate a list of organisms taken from NCBI for cellularity (unicellular or multicellular). Does any of you ever found a database with association between an organisms' name or taxa and whether it is unicellular or multicellular? Desirably, I would like to get information both ...

Re: Pan-Cancer pattern of lncRNAs, miRNAs, mRNAs

starBase panCancerMine also provided Pan-Cancer Interactions between lncRNAs and RNA-Binding Proteins (RBPs), mRNAs and RBPs. Correlation between RNA-Binding Proteins (RBPs) and targets across 14 cancer types (>6000 tumor and normal samples) using pearson correlation test (p-value<0.05). For e...

miRNA-mediated competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) networks

ceRNABase have constructed pan-cancer ceRNA networks from tumor miRNA and mRNA expression profiles (TCGA 14 cancer types with >6000 tumor and normal samples). For example: known PTEN-ZEB2 ceRNA interactions can be supported in 13 cancer types .

Re: Comprehensive List of long noncoding RNA(lncRNA) databases

This new database could be useful to many researchers interested in lncRNAs involved in respiratory infections caused by influenza and SARS-CoV viruses: (1) MONOCLdb , the MOuse NOnCode Lung database, a database for mouse long ...

miRNA-mediated competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) networks

A Nature paper has described ceRNA interactions between HMGA2 and TGFBR3. They show that Hmga2 promotes lung cancer progression in mouse and human cells by operating as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) for the let-7 microRNA (miRNA) family. reference: HMGA2 functions as a competing endogenous RNA ...
