The shortest distance between the tip of a cusp and its base plane, the shortest distance between the deepest part of the central fossa of a posterior tooth and a line connecting the points of the cusps of the tooth.

nasal height, the distance between the nasion and the lower border of the nasal aperture.

orbital height, the distance between the midpoints of the upper and lower margins of the orbit.
