Conversion reaction

a conversion of emotional stress or mental disturbance into a physical symptom.

Examples include paralysis, blindness, inability to speak or another sudden debilitating problem for no reason evident through testing.

How does fat change to glucose?

just to add on keep the following in mind fats can join in at the link reaction... this will not result in their conversion to glucose but can act as a glucose substitute to give energy
