CFU conversion... mol c.f.u.-1) I want the ATP concentration (in bacterium) in millimol. Will it be just 3.39+-0.216 x 10^3 millimol? Or do I have to do some conversion for c.f.u? How to do it?

conversionnmol is amount (of molecules), while microlitr is volume. There is no conversion. You need to tell us about the concentration.

conversionI have a primer that is 18.2 nmoles. I need to convert nanomoles to microliters. I know the final answer is 182 microliters but that's because I know a shortcut on how to figure it out. Anyone know the "official" calculation/formula? Thanks!
