anti-hsp70 antibody

I've been trying to detect inducible hsp70 expression in an insect (blueberry maggot) following heat stress. So far, I've been only been able to detect constitutive hsp70, using SDS-PAGE and WB, and I'm pretty sure I've exposed the insects to sufficient ...

Can you recommend a vector?

... the gene is under the control of the CMV promoter and we are getting constitutive silencing, this even happens when using a GFP reporter, where there is no phenotype. We can maintain expression (as detected by western and qPCR) of the transgene for 8-12 cell passages, ...

Multiple genes cloning

... in tandem antibiotic resistance gene (ex. NPTII) under control of the constitutive promoter while the other two under the control of the inducible ... you spay them with the inducer (some chemical or hormone) to get the expression of the other 2 genes. Theoretically, you can put all three genes ...
