empty 1-2ml chromatography columns

... glass wool method for a while and I believe it is time to move forward now that we have the bucks..... I decided to go for the Bio-Rad disposable columns - I believe they are the same as VWR or fisher. Thanks a lot. Arik

empty 1-2ml chromatography columns

Hi guys, I am looking for 1-2 ml empty chromatography columns into which I could load my Sephadex beads... Do you have any idea where can I get them? GE for example only sells 8 ml columns which are a bit too big for my needs... Arik

Can I freeze RNA that is atteched to a column?

No problem! I didn't leave anything on them! had just frozen the columns! ( too in rush to put solution on)
