my unknown

We have no idea what it is because we thought it could be S. aureus or eidermis but we know it's not. gram positive cocci catalase positive alpha hemolysis facultative anaerobe mannitol fermenter whitish Nothing seemed to match all of these.

Check out the gram positive aerobic cocci database on this website. It allows you to plug in what test results you know, and compare it to probabilities of known strains, to give a reaction. It will also tell you if one of the results is unexpected. ...

Identifying bacteria?

Are they rod or cocci? Also how would you describe their clustering? I can't help as I'm at work, but when I get home I'll do a bit of research and see what comes up.
