Clumping of BHK21 cells with trypsin

... to count and seed. I use DMEM 10 % FCS with 1X non-essential amino acids to grow the cells. Does any one have any ideas regarding resolving the clumping problem??????

Zygote Question

Maybe clumping together is the only way in order for the animal zygotes to divide themselves. I have checked wikipedia, not much info though... >>> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zygotes =)
