Results from our forumcell cloning by limiting dilution... your question.. is this a question for cell synchronization? Cells are technical cloning themselves during division.. if you want single cell clones, try a single cell elution and they'll be synchronized too.

Asexual reproducers such as E. coli produce clones of itself which are identical to the parent. Fast responses to environment is then from exchanging plasmids but these are separate transient ...
