Inserting cDNA into a retroviral vector?..

... and later insert that vector into dividing cells of another organism? Theoretically, it's the retroviral cDNA that inserts itself into the host chromosomes, so maybe this would work?

Since man has only one X chromosome, she must have one X defective and one X normal (from mother). In 30% of cell divisions the chromosomes recombine and form two defective X chromosomes (each for other disease, but they ask for normal kid, so any of these chromosomes will be ruled out). ...

The difference is not on the S phase. The differences are the meiosis is the reduction of chromosomes number compared parent cell. In Meiosis Prophase I is different from Prophase in mitosis where there is crossing over occur. In Metaphase I, the homologous chromosomes ...
