... surgery... edit: forget about that... i see that you are talking about organophosphate poisoning now [very good example!]... organophosphate is an cholinesterase inhibitor... too much of it causes excessive activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (nausea, vomitting..etc.) and overactivation ...
