Cholesteroderma --> xanthochromia

The occurrence of patches of yellow colour in the skin, resembling xanthoma, but without the nodules or plates.

Synonym: cholesteroderma, xanthochroia, xanthoderma, xanthopathy, yellow disease, yellow skin.

Origin: xantho-_ g. Chroma, colour
