Chamazulene

Chamazulene

1,4-Dimethyl-7-ethylazulene;an anti-inflammatory agent. It is found in chamomile (matricaria Chamomilla. Chamomile contains chamazulene, which has antiallergenic and anti-inflammatory properties.
