Cellulae anteriores --> anterior ethmoidal air cells

The anterior group of air cells of the ethmoidal sinus's; each sinus communicates with the middle meatus of the nasal cavity.

Synonym: sinus ethmoidales anteriores, anterior cells, anterior sinuses, cellulae anteriores.
