Caulobacter

a genus of rod- or vibroid-shaped or fusiform bacteria that commonly produce a stalk. They are found in fresh water and soil and divide by binary transverse fission.

Looking for bacteria

My collegue and I are in secondary 5 (Grade 11) and live in canada. We are doing a project on the bacteria Caulobacter Crescentus . It is available at atcc.org but is quite pricey. Anyone know where else it would be available?
