Jack's resource, PubMed, is easier to use and catalogs LOTS of journals. This one, Agricola, is more specialized for agriculture. You might need to be persistent to get as far as seeing an abstract -- follow links to publisher's sites when available. ...

Extracellular anitbodies for Human Beta 2 Anergic Receptors

... and not the intracellular one as well - that depends on the staining procedure and not on the antibody. As for that antibody, look for in the catalogs etc. If not, you can always have it grown (if you can afford it)

Plasmid duplication sites

If you look for Life science catalogs you will find plasmids specially enginered for transformation of plants (usually a derivative of the Ti plasmid from Agrobacterium tumefasciens), ...

RT-PCR Primers concentration?

Cant you find it on http://www.novagen.com or http://www.invitrogen.com in their product catalog, Ive never done TR-PCR so I dont know but these catalogs are sometimes very good. Goodl uck
