Caprylic acid

Caprylic acid "Magnesium Caprylate

Originates from the root word "caper" means goat.

An oily transparent yellow liquid with acrid odor.

From a family of carboxyl acids, which are used as parent material in chemical fillers due to a low reaction with oxygen/carbon. As "Magnesium Caprylate" it is used in herbal remedies to primarily induce favorable flora in the digestive tract.
