... would you make a DNase treatment in 1ml??? :shock: You would take around 30 ul of your RNA (100ug / 3.3ug/ul), add the DNase worth few tens of bucks at least, 100 ul of 10x buffer and water up to 1 ml.

empty 1-2ml chromatography columns

Thanks, We have been using the syringe with bit glass wool method for a while and I believe it is time to move forward now that we have the bucks..... I decided to go for the Bio-Rad disposable columns - I believe they are the same as VWR or fisher. Thanks a lot. Arik
