No "beginning-replication problem" on leading strand?

... have one RNA primer, and how does this gets replaced with DNA? The only way I see possible is by having telomers, but yet I can never find this in books. Thankful for understanding this!

... and the light purple oval is the rest of the cell, or is it the nucleolus and the light purple is the nucleus? I want to guess from the histology books I looked over that it is a fibrocyte. I was told that the darker purple circles in the picture are fibroblast nuclei. I don't need to know this ...
