(Science: zoology) An aquatic hemipterous insect of the genus Notonecta; so called from swimming on its back, which gives it the appearance of a little boat.

Synonym: boat fly, boat insect, boatman, and water boatman.

Well, I am in the same boat as all of you with the severe bloating. I look as pregnant as I was in my 9th month of real pregnancy. I also suffer from severe constipation. I average about 1 BM every 2 weeks, but have gone up to 5 weeks ...
