Blooms syndrome

(Science: syndrome) congenital telangiectatic erythema, primarily in butterfly distribution, of the face and occasionally of the hands and forearms, with sensitivity of skin lesions and dwarfism with normal body proportions except for a narrow face and dolichocephalic skull; chromosomes are excessively fragile; autosomal recessive inheritance.

Can someone please help me identify a plant in my garden

I just Moved in to my new house and I found this plant its leaves are long like that of a tulip and the bloom is pink and then it has small little blooms under each peddle the smaller blooms a purple and look like a violets

I think you are referring to C02 drawdown from phytoplankton blooms in the Southern Ocean...now that is interesting stuff. 02 doesnt cool the atmosphere to my knowledge, and in fact is actually not our main concern. ...
