a running or issuing of blood, as from the nose or a wound; a hemorrhage; the operation of letting blood, as in surgery; a drawing or running of sap from a tree or plant. Flow of blood from a ruptured blood vessels.

dot blot

I am having problems with that. I am using Nitrocellulose membrane, at the beginning I was getting bleeding and leakage between the wells, next I saw shadow around the dots and now I am getting no signal. any similar experience?
