Fruit skins.....

The orange peel has a great source of Vitamin K... so if your a bleeder this helps. Been eating this since I've been young along with kale for Vitamin K, suggested by doctor. Kiwi skin holds alot of Vitamin C along with the meat of the Kiwi... if sliced ...
