Biventer cervicis --> spinalis capitis muscle

(Science: anatomy) An inconstant extension of spinalis cervicis to the occipital bone, sometimes fusing with semispinalis capitis.

Synonym: musculus spinalis capitis, biventer cervicis, spinal muscle of head.
